Our company has been investing since 2018. It all started with investments in the real sector of the Ukrainian economy, namely investments in small businesses operating mainly in trade and production. From 2018 to 2022, we made 10 investments in Ukraine, with an average annual return of about 30% in US dollars. In Ukraine, our activities were carried out through the company “MAXXIMUS RETAIL GROUP” LLC.
Since the end of 2022, we have curtailed all operations in Ukraine due to the impossibility of continuing our activities and the question arose of further continuation of our activities outside of Ukraine. Thus, in January 2023, our first shares were purchased on the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange, USA), and in January 2024, our first shares were purchased on the TSX (Toronto Stock Exchange, Canada). This is how our internal investment fund MAXXIMUS CAPITAL appeared, which operates according to the MAXXIMUS CAPITAL TOTAL RETURN 50 strategy exclusively with assets on the US and Canadian stock markets.
We are constantly improving our stock market strategies, making them more resilient to market fluctuations, thanks to the broad diversification of assets in the portfolio.
We are constantly improving risk management, as well as increasing the amount of data for analysis when choosing a company. All this helps us to constantly improve and show higher and more stable results.
The task of the MAXXIMUS CAPITAL fund is the effective management of our own capital, which brings a stable cash flow and its long-term growth.
In mid-2025, we realized that our internal strategies could already be brought to the market as a separate product for private investors who have sufficient capital, but do not have the time and necessary expertise to manage it.
Therefore, we offer private investors to make their own investment portfolio that would work according to one of our strategies and receive a stable forecasted cash flow from dividends, as well as additional income from capital appreciation.
